 Hyberbaric
oxygen therapy is a treatment that involves the patient being enclosed
in a pressurized chamber at greater than normal atmospheric pressure
while breathing 100% oxygen.
When indicated, the treatment can
help the body's natural wound healing processes function
more efficiently and can significantly improve and expedite the healing
process.
Our Center For Wound Healing is
the first facility in Mercer County to provide this
therapy. We have two new chambers and a highly trained staff under
the direction of Carla Sedlak, RN and New York Hyperbaric Centers,
LLC.
