Our
Ambulatory Care Center is designed to facilitate patient's coming to
the Medical Center for elective procedures, which may include surgery,
pain management, radiology, cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology
study. Our caring, compassionate professionals provide
high quality care to meet your needs.
Over 65 percent of all surgical procedures at St. Francis Medical
Center are performed on an outpatient basis.
Our Admission Morning of Surgery
program is located in the Ambulatory Care Unit. This program helps
to shorten the time away from home. Patients, who require hospitalization
after their surgery, arrive at the Medical Center on the day of surgery
and then are admitted after the procedure.
Hours of Operation:
Monday- Friday, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm
Parking:
Dedicated parking lots outside the medical centers front and rear
entrance make for easy entrance and discharge from our center.

All patients are pre-registered prior to admission, allowing easy
access on the day of admission.
Waiting Area:
Family members are accommodated in a waiting area, adjacent to the
ambulatory care center. Telephones are available for use. Coffee and
beverages, newspapers and periodicals are also provided.
We ask that parents of minors remain in the Medical Center during procedures.
In case family members have to leave for a period of time, we ask that
they notify the staff in the ambulatory care center.
