What is
My Time-My Choice?
My Time-My Choice is a web-based program that allows St.
Francis Medical Center Staff the opportunity to go online to view
and request on all open shifts on any unit for which they are qualified.
This system provides convenience and flexibility to both staff and
managers because it can be assessed 24 hours a day, seven days a
week from any internet connection.
