Nursing Entrance Tests Scheduled

St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing will offer the Nursing Entrance Test(NET-published by Educational Resources, Inc.) as listed below. YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE in order to take the exam. Call the main Student Affairs office (609)-599-5239 to reserve your place for taking the exam. You must call no later than 12:00 noon the day before the exam you wish to take.

Location: Computer Labs, First and Second Floor, Crean Hall
                 St. Francis Avenue, Trenton, NJ (Next to Parking Garage behind
                 main Medical Center building)
                 Please report to the Student Affairs Office, Room 111 for
                 information first.

Times: Arrive by 8:15am. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 8:30am.
           You will be finished approximately 11:00am for the morning
           session.

           Arrive by 11:15am. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 11:30am.
           You will be finished approximately 2:00pm for the afternoon
           session.

It is important to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend. Due to limited seating, 'No-Shows' will be placed on a waiting list for the next exam of their choice and cannot be guaranteed a space.

YOU CAN NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE NET WITHOUT:

A MONEY ORDER (no checks or cash) for $30.00 (payable to St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing.

PLEASE BRING THESE MATERIALS WITH YOU THE DAY OF THE TEST



You may also take the exam at any school that gives the NET and have an official score report sent to us.
Study Guides are available through Educational Resources, Inc. at 1-800-292-2273. Ask for the NET Study Guide. ERI charges a fee for the book.

Parking is available in the Medical Center garage (entrance on Chambers Street). If you park on the local streets, be sure to observe posted parking regulations.
In the event of an Emergency Cancellation examinees may call (609-599-5239) after 6:00am on the day of the exam for a recorded message. If you do NOT hear a special announcement regarding the NET exam, you can assume the exam will be given as scheduled.

Open Houses An Open House at the School of Nursing is planned for the following dates:

March 26, 2009 4:00pm - 6:30pm (tentative)
